Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we process your name, email, company, destination country, technical requirements, product and page information. Product inquiry forms also process the phone number you provide.

Analytics and attribution

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymous site usage. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after consent. Advertising storage remains denied.

Attribution may include UTM parameters, landing page, referrer and capture time. With analytics consent, first- and last-touch attribution is stored for up to 90 days. Without consent, it remains only for the current visit and is sent only when you actively submit an inquiry.

Live chat

When you actively select Live Chat, the site loads the tawk.to customer-support service. It may process chat or offline-message content and basic device and network information to provide support. The script is not loaded before you select the chat entry. Do not include unrelated sensitive information in a chat.

Use and sharing

Inquiry and chat information is used to respond, recommend equipment, prepare proposals and provide necessary support. Email, chat and infrastructure providers process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, company names, technical requirements or chat text to GA4.
