Xingtai JITIZO Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Xiguocheng Town, Julu County, Xingtai, Hebei, China. We work on tube-processing machine proposals, manufacturing, assembly, sales and technical support. Drawings, sample tubes and mating-part requirements can be reviewed for custom machines and dies.

Workpiece-Led Engineering

Material, dimensions, target geometry and downstream assembly are reviewed before force, tooling and controls are proposed.

Trial-Led Acceptance

No-load checks and material trials are aligned with the agreed scope, using sample dimensions and machine operation to review the result.

Evidence-Led Support

Remote diagnosis and parts matching are available during working hours using alarms, control-screen photos, operating video and machine configuration information. Machines include a one-year warranty.

A custom machine depends on defined workpiece inputs, an executable mechanical proposal and an acceptance method understood by both sides. JITIZO reviews material, dimensions and the forming target first, then connects the machine structure, tooling, controls and auxiliary equipment in one proposal and checks the result through no-load inspection and material trials.

Traceable Workpiece Inputs

Drawings, samples, material grade, critical dimensions and output targets form the project input so that changes reach both the machine and tooling.

Defined Proposal Boundaries

The process scope, optional equipment, feeding conditions and site interfaces are defined so manufacturing and acceptance use the same criteria.

Tooling, key settings, sample dimensions and operating status are recorded for acceptance, operator training and later technical support.
