Standard machines and custom proposals
The range covers casing and thick-wall pipe swagers, round, square and taper-tube swagers, steel pipe straighteners and pipe polishing equipment. For different materials, sections and output requirements, the team begins with drawings, samples and workpiece data before defining the machine structure, force or power range, tooling, controls, feeding and auxiliary equipment.
Coordinated engineering and manufacturing
Sales, mechanical, electrical, assembly and support roles work from the same technical inputs. Fabrication, mechanical assembly, hydraulic or drive systems, controls, safety devices and tooling follow the confirmed proposal, reducing gaps between machine configuration, tool dimensions and site conditions.
Acceptance through machine trials
No-load checks and material trials are completed against the technical agreement before dispatch. Movement, interlocks, safety devices, critical settings and sample results are reviewed. Custom forming and special-finish projects use the customer’s drawings, tube samples or target finish as the process reference.
Quality management and continuous improvement
The ISO 9001 quality-management system supports project documentation, purchasing, manufacturing, assembly and inspection. JITIZO continues to improve machine structure and controls for tube forming, straightening and polishing, applying trial experience to tooling, operation and maintenance access.
Technical cooperation after delivery
After arrival, customers can use the operating and maintenance information for installation checks and production start-up. During working hours, JITIZO reviews alarms, workpiece details, settings and operating video for remote technical support. Machines include a one-year warranty; on-site service and the detailed scope follow the project documents.
