JITIZO round-pipe polishing machines have completed process review, trials and export packing for customers in Southeast Asia and Europe. The machines support surface finishing for furniture tube, hardware and fabricated metal products, while each project accounts for common materials, target finish, destination power supply, operating practices and international transport.
Different markets, specific finish targets
Round tube for furniture, display systems and hardware may need scale removal, weld-preparation cleaning, an even brushed grain or a decorative finish. Each target requires a different abrasive grade, contact method, number of stations and passes. Customer tube samples and an approved finish sample connect machine selection directly to the final product appearance.
Matching local production conditions
- Confirm common materials, diameters, wall thicknesses, lengths and incoming surface condition.
- Define target grain, acceptable marking, feeding method and shift output.
- Match controls and guarding to site power, electrical requirements and available space.
- Prepare wear parts, abrasive specifications, operating information and remote trial records.
Trials use material close to production and record abrasive, speed, feed, contact pressure and pass count. Coarser abrasives remove defects before finer stages refine the grain. Excess feed speed can create an uneven finish, while excessive pressure increases heat, abrasive consumption and thin-wall deformation risk.
Packing for long-distance transport
Moving parts are secured before packing, with protection for control components, precision surfaces and moisture-sensitive areas. Accessories, tools, wear parts and technical documents are checked against the packing list. Lifting points and centre-of-gravity information support safer handling during loading and sea transport.

European deliveries require a final check of machine restraint, moisture protection, packing lists and destination information. The pictured crate records the packing of a JITIZO steel pipe shrinking machine for Spain and documents an actual European shipment. Round-pipe polishing machines use a separate packing list matched to their dimensions, accessories and technical documents.
Remote installation and production start-up
After arrival, the customer can complete positioning, power connection, fastener checks, no-load operation and sample processing from the supplied information. During working hours, JITIZO uses site photos, control-screen information and operating video to help review abrasives, feeding and finish results. Machines include a one-year warranty; the detailed service scope follows the project documents.
